Speech Pathologist - ELPE Health (Ulverstone)

ELPE Health Pty. Ltd. are looking to expand their existing team to include the services of a Speech Pathologist. ELPE Health is a registered NDIS business. The position is flexible, initially at part time; 1-2 days (0.2-0.4 FTE), with the client base expanding as the position demands increase.
An experienced speech pathologist is required to work with a variety of clients and NDIS participants through a sub-contracted / employed arrangement with ELPE Health. The age groups of clients and referrals vary from children, adults, and aged clients. Applicants with specialist skills will also be considered.
Essential qualifications, education, skills and/or experience
- Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) member of Speech Pathology Australia
- Working with vulnerable people registration
- An outstanding work ethic
- Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, self-motivation and professional judgment
- Ability to relate and communicate with diverse population and groups
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

ELPE Health Pty, Ltd is an NDIS registered, mental health and allied health business working within the Central and North West Coasts of Tasmania.
ELPE Health currently employs a variety of allied health professionals including: psychologists, accredited mental health social workers, occupational therapists, dietician, physiotherapist, exercise physiologists and NDIS support coordinators.
A high level of administrative and management support is provided to all staff.
The business works out of a variety of sites across the region and provides home assessments and home visiting services as required.
What's on offer?
Initially a part time position 1 to 2 days per week (0.2 -0.4 FTE) with room for growth as your case load develops.
The team at ELPE Health are employed under the Health Professional and Support Services Award and the salary will be negotiated depending on experience and knowledge.
Subcontracting arrangements are available. ABN is required.
