HR+ also:

  • provides NDIS participants with support coordination
  • provides plan management for NDIS participants wanting to build their capacity to manage the financial aspects of their plan
  • facilitates human resource management for those choosing to self-manage their own team of support staff
  • facilitates training and development opportunities for NDIS participants
  • encourages and supports NDIS clients to explore micro-enterprise opportunities
  • celebrates milestones and recognises the difficulties for clients along their journeys
  • applies for information, linking and capacity-building grants (either discretely as HR+ or in partnership with other organisations) to foster improved engagement for people living with a disability
