They love doing themselves out of work!

Psychology CAFFE have a burning passion for making their contribution towards a better world for the existing and future generations in their community, and through changing the world one child and community at a time.

Their purpose is to use the best clinical skills and expertise to know an individual in a comprehensive, informed, and objective way, so that they can work with them to apply their knowledge to each individual and unique situation. Then in a strength based, inclusive and compassionate way, they negotiate through roadblocks and fractures in relationships so that they can move forward in a developmentally sensitive and positive way towards wellbeing and mental health.

Psychology Caffe’s excellent reputation is built on an ethos of ‘the clients is their own expert’ and that therapy starts at the door and continues into the clinic which is more like a home. Their ultimate goal is to teach, inspire and motivate parents struggling with children’s emotional and behavioural expressions of their internal worlds, encouraging them to see their child as whole and unique irrespective of external circumstances, including difficult behaviours.

Parents can then support their child in a neuro-developmentally informed way, to help children to identify their own feelings, learn to express them safely, and then communicate their needs in an effective way. In this way, they are early intervention experts. Psychology Caffe use proven, integrative and evidence-based treatment programs that positively transform people’s lives.

Love and care for the people they are honoured and privileged to serve is intrinsically embedded in the DNA of their practice.
