St. Giles are looking for Assistive Technology Seating Clinicians to join their Hobart and Launceston teams. This role will be based within the Assistive Technology team. The Assistive Technology team has an onsite workshop and Seating Technicians to assist with consultation, design, and modification of Assistive Technology, including mobility devices and seating solutions. St. Giles provides “whole of life” support to their clients.
St. Giles is seeking full-time or part-time therapists (Seating Clinicians) to join their multidisciplinary team.
This role involves collaborating within the team to assist in the assessment, prescription, customisation, fitting, repair, manufacture, and design of seating and mobility equipment. The ideal candidate will tailor solutions that ensure quality outcomes and comfort for participants.
St. Giles offer flexible working arrangements and will accommodate your preferred schedule. This is a permanent, ongoing position.
Applicants must hold a recognised tertiary qualification as either an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, along with current AHPRA Registration.
Experience or interest in assistive technology and mobility devices is advantageous.
