Synapse Psychology have an exciting opportunity for a provisional psychologist, or registered psychologist to join their team in Devonport. They are also interested in receiving applicants who are mental health accredited social workers or counsellors. You will work in a supportive environment with a team of experienced clinicians and a growing and diverse range of clients. Provisional psychologist will be offered assistance with supervision and will be provided additional group supervision and learning opportunities during their placement.

The Position

Synapse Psychology is growing and needs additional mental health clinicians, part time and flexible work arrangements will be considered.

Synapse Psychology offer a wide range of mental health services that use a variety of evidence-based approaches to suit their clients' needs and preferences including -cognitive behavioural therapy, eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EDMR), acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, schema therapy, psychological assessments and clinical supervision.

There may be an option to work remotely via telehealth if registered.

This dynamic and progressive group psychology practice is headed by Dee Cooper (clinical psychologist).
