The Position

Case Managers: Be the bridge between individuals and the support they need. If you have a passion for coordinating services and advocating for others, this role is for you!

Clinicians: Make a direct impact on the well-being of individuals by providing therapeutic support. If you are a licensed clinician with a compassionate approach, they want to hear from you!

Senior Clinicians: Take your expertise to the next level and lead a team of dedicated professionals. If you have a proven track record of clinical excellence and leadership skills, you are invited to apply.

Program Assistants: Be the backbone of operations. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting the overall functioning of a program, this role is perfect for you!

The Organisation

The iConnect team sits firmly alongside other youth and family mental health programs across the state as a whole service. They can proudly report that they have a strong reputation in the sector as a highly skilled and effective youth and family mental health service provider for over 10 years, and their service provision is growing rapidly.

They provide a supportive environment, focused on staff wellbeing with high team morale. They are heavily focused on investing in best practice service delivery and invest significantly in ongoing professional development. The team is also located with other Life Without Barriers services such as youth and family support services, foster care, and disability services where shared collaboration is encouraged.
