The Position

As a Physiotherapist at Physiotas, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, each with a wide range of interests and specialties. This diverse environment allows you to develop your own clinical interests and find your niche within the team.

Physiotas offers a highly sought-after two-year Graduate Program designed to support your early career with structured training and professional development. Throughout the program, you’ll benefit from regular mentoring and training sessions led by senior staff across various specialty areas. This accelerated development pathway ensures you’ll gain the skills and confidence needed to become an effective clinician.

What You’ll Need:

• Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in physiotherapy
• Registration: General registration with AHPRA (or in process)
• Personal Traits: Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attributes: Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment: A dedication to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
