Are you an occupational therapist looking to join a leading Tasmanian service provider and finalist of the 2019 Employer of Choice award? Care Forward is seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join their multidisciplinary team in Devonport.

The Position

Care Forward is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated health professional with a real passion for improving lives.

Your primary responsibility will be the intake of Occupational Therapy clients and the subsequent assessment, client goal setting and service planning which may include planning of home modifications.

You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team consisting of a physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, dietitian, social worker and OT’s and also work in conjunction with a strong management and administrative team.

You will have the ability to work autonomously and hopefully you will thrive in this multidisciplinary environment. As long as you enjoy meeting new people and working in a variety of settings then there should never have a dull moment!

To be successful you will need the usual- AHPRA registration, National Police check, a drivers licence and Care Forward will need to speak with at least 2 professional references.
