The Position
The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of nursing care within scope of practice, involving the consumers, families, and community to achieve desired outcomes.
Ideally you will have the following:
- 1 Yr + Nursing experience
- Aged Care experience also highly regarded
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
- The ability to maintain documentation to a high standard
- Registered Nurse status including AHPRA registration
