Westbury Doctors Surgery is now seeking applications from generally or vocationally registered general practitioners who are interested in joining their well-established practice on a full-time basis.
A full-time GP position is available for a generally or vocationally registered GP who is interested in patient management in a rural setting.
Our practice has a strong reputation for providing quality care within the local community.
Westbury Doctors Surgery is part of Advanced Rural Health group of surgeries. We leverage from having a wide spread coverage of health services and knowledge sharing across Tasmania.
Our hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 10.30am Saturday’s (on a roster system).

The practice has four consultation rooms, two nurse practitioner/treatment rooms and a rehabilitation centre for patients with chronic conditions.

The team operates from a purpose built clinic with modern fit-out and dedicated treatment rooms. All are comfortably furnished. We are privately owned by an experienced GP.
In conjunction with the practice, Health Recruitment Plus (HR+) will organise a comprehensive orientation program on arrival.
Vocationally recognised GPs are invited to apply for a HR+ relocation grant.
