At All Round Health and Community Care the role of the GP will require a passion for diversity and a special interest in the vulnerable and disadvantaged community. The practice provides medical case management as part of a medical care team model and is also fully supported by allied health services.
All Round Health and Community Care is seeking a General Practitioner (VR sessional or full time) to become part of a unique model of care, within a charity based accredited practice. The practice has been operating since 2016 and has experienced exceptional growth.
The clinical team has full-time nursing support, well equipped consulting rooms and a strong administrative support team. There are no after-hours commitments within the position.
All Round Health and Community Care is a registered non for profit charitable health promotion service focusing on community health care needs.
The practice has been accredited until 2020, is innovative in the care delivery offered and works within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Their model of care is focused on the provision of preventative services as well as early intervention to enhance the wellness of the whole person.
In addition to their General Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners, they engage a range of Allied Health Professionals to provide comprehensive care.
They aim to fill gaps in not only health interventions but also in service delivery, with a focus on individuals at risk or that are in vulnerable situations.
Consumer engagement and service delivery is a major focus of their service. With satellite clinics being provided in crisis accommodation’s as well as in-house servicing; removing the complications associated with navigating the system and services.
All Round Health and Community Care’s practice includes General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, and a range of Allied Health Professionals including Psychologists, Exercise Physiologist and Dietitians.
The practice also has an additional clinic that is government supported, providing healthcare services for newly arrived humanitarians.
