Brighton Regional Doctors is seeking full or part-time General Practitioners to join their close-knit, supportive team. The practice currently has full appointment books due to high demand.
Flexible working hours are available during practice opening hours, Monday to Friday. No weekend or on call work is required.

There is also the option to work part-time at Bothwell Doctors, the sister practice of Brighton Regional Doctors. Both practices are owned and operated by one GP Principal, a model that offers diversification of practice for those with an interest in rural general practice.
Brighton Regional Doctors is located in Brighton, which is an easy 25-minute drive north of Hobart's CBD. Brighton is an area of high growth, has a large primary school and a brand-new high school is due for completion in late 2024.
The practice team prides themselves on fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment, with a focus on personalised, high-quality care and chronic disease/proactive medicine. They have strong ethics and values and have tried hard to create a workplace where everyone wants to go to work.
In March 2024 the team moved into their new, state-of-the-art practice, thoughtfully designed with both staff and patient comfort in mind. It offers a modern and welcoming space ensuring a pleasant and efficient work experience, with a spacious and comfortable break room and light-filled, well-equipped consultation and treatment rooms. Hobart Pathology is on-site offering convenient access to pathology collection services, and a cafe is slated to complete the Brighton Regional Doctors complex.
The mixed-billing practice is fully accredited with AGPAL, is an accredited training practice with the RACGP, uses Best Practice Software, and uses Hotdoc for online bookings.
A competitive remuneration package is on offer with a service fee as a percentage of your earnings, and as a non-corporate clinic you can also help shape the services offered to patients. The remuneration package is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
In conjunction with the practice, HR+ will organise an orientation program on arrival tailored to the doctor's needs.
