NDIS Plan Management & Support Coordination

The HR+ Disability Self-Management Program offers (through plan management services, support coordination, and payroll/recruitment)  support and peace of mind to eligible participants in the NDIS in the day to day management of their NDIS plan.

Our finance team offers plan management functions for Tasmanian NDIS participants, either as a standalone service or bundled with your staffing/payroll package. 

This is offered to NDIS participants who have selected "plan managed" as their preferred funding model and includes financial  services such as 

*receiving bills and paying them on time

*helping you to negotiate service agreements

*helping to deal with queries regarding service delivery and payments

*assisting you to develop a budget for your funding

We will work with you to develop your capacity should you wish to move towards a self-managed model in the future.

We also offer independent support coordination, which helps you to put your plan into action!  

We can help you to understand your plan, decide on the supports you wish to make use of, source and negotiate with providers, and implement your supports.  We can assist you to think creatively about your future goals and how you might achieve them.  It is also the role of the coordinator of supports to help you prepare for your NDIS review.

HR + is registered with the NDIS to provide financial intermediary services and support coordination for NDIS participants.  We also offer extensive human resources support for self-managed participants in Tasmania who wish to directly employ their own support teams.
