The practices offer bulk billing to concession card holders, to patients under the age of sixteen and over the age of sixty-five. Remaining patients are privately billed. This approach is all-inclusive and ensures the delivery of high quality consistent patient care.

The practices operate between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.  A dedicated and friendly medical reception team along with 2 practice managers support the clinical team. It is a well-appointed, computerised practice utilising the Medical Director software.

The practice utilises the after hours triage service GP Assist, which minimises after hours call-outs.
