Receptionist Workshop 2021 - Statewide

For Practices

  • Date: Saturday, 07 August 2021 8:15am - 4:15pm
  • Location: Hotel Verge Launceston
  • Cost: $70 (inc GST)

HR+ and Primary Health Tasmania are excited to be co-hosting the Receptionist Workshop 2021.

Overview
As gate-keepers and first points-of-contact in a crucial service, it is easy to lose ourselves within everything that we are doing and holding for others. Burnout can feel like a visitor that just won’t leave, unpredictable issues can take hours from already jam-packed days and focus can quickly shift from ‘self-care’ to ‘self-repair’.

Having to adapt to an environment that challenges our connection, communication, leadership, processes and more, our key speakers will inspire you to feel more confident in this "new world".
