Workshops supporting medical,nursing and allied health students to pursue careers in rural Tasmania

Events for Tasmanian students of medicine, nursing and allied health are held throughout the year.

These include a number of workshops designed to provide students with rural health aspirations, with non-clinical information such as

- how to run a business;
- how to set up a GP clinic;
- rural pathways;
- financial assistance;
- and becoming established in a rural area.

These events are carefully designed in collaboration with identified stakeholders to provide you with access to up to date information as well as the opportunity to network and develop relationships with your peers.
